3, submit the application documents
Application documents submitted by the applicant or agent in accordance with the requirements.
4, pay the application fee
When the application documents meet the requirements for acceptance, the registration authority shall issue a payment notice, and the applicant or agent shall pay the fees in accordance with the notification requirements.
5, the registration authority to accept applications
Where the application documents are in conformity with the requirements for acceptance and the application fee is paid, the registration organ shall accept the application within the prescribed time limit, and shall issue a notice of acceptance and payment of the bill to the applicant or agent.
6, compensation procedures
According to the registration regulations, defects in the application documents, the applicant or agent shall issue a correction notice from the date of 30 working days to submit supplementary materials, overdue correction, as to withdraw the application; if the application still does not conform to the relevant provisions, the registration organ shall not register and notify the applicant in writing or agent.
7, obtain registration certificate
30 days after the date of acceptance of the application for registration, the applicant or agent may refer to my center website, copyright registration announcement. The applicant or the agent of Beijing area in reference to apply for registration after the announcement, the notice of acceptance in the original registration announcement 3 days later, to my center hall to receive the copyright registration certificate.
